PTR Shadowlands starter quests - Potentially more level one abilities?

Right now on the Beta Wowhead, you can see there are a whole host of spell-awarding quests that don't expressly list a level requirement in Exile's Reach (The shadowlands new 1-10 zone). I will list them here for your convenience.

Hunter - Call Pet 1 and 2, Tame Beast, Revive Pet.

Lots of (potential) new abilities to play around with. Warlocks and Hunters get their pets expanded upon, Druid and Shamans get mobility, Rogues get more damage procs, Monks and Warriors get strong combat abilities, Mages and Paladins get strong combat utility, and Priests get... laughed at. I feel sorry if any of you still play level one priest twink, the fact that you guys would get a res before any sort of heal is just sad.

It's the only level one quest that gives green items, all weapon types in the game. Another chance for an epic upgrade, hopefully.

The biggest "remains to be seen" here is whether or not level ones that already exist can easily get to exiles reach, or if these rewards will be otherwise available in the old starting zones. Please post any corrections or updates!

I'm really really hoping hunters can tame pets, would give us so many options of hunter pets to stable and use.

Update: Another level 1 quest has been found with the same quest rewards as the Boar one.

So any new info about lvl 1s in Shadowlands? Can you complete the new starter zone as lvl 1 with exp locked?
Or get summoned out if not?

Only new info about quests afaik is that in the alpha Elwynn has finally had all the quests put at level one, rather than just Northshire. Unfortunately neither Winterly or I have Alpha access yet and we don't know anyone close who has it, so we can't test anything beyond monitoring the datamining on Wowhead. Would absolutely love for someone who plays 1s to get alpha so we can test

Only issue with this is, you can't copy a 1 twink over to ptr or alpha/beta, so a 20 + twink (10 scaled in SL) would have to be copied over, and test Elwynn or starting areas for new quest? Maybe
