Shadowlands Pre-patch event (Dead Rising or something like that)

So anything worth mentioning or make note of in that event? Anything that might be important to get for any lvl20 bracket? Or is it lvl50 exclusive event?
(Any Transmogs, gear, trinkets, potenially important items, sockets etc.)

Till now i cant understand what you are saying.

If you aren't 50 lvl, it means you can't start event quest-line. Also you are not able to complete daily quests with
Argent Commendation as reward. So you may not buy any items from event traders.

About boss drop (gear) I don't know, waiting for another responses.

it is very likely that loots from bosses won't scale. And u know the phase is not available for those who cant start the questline
