Shadowland changes?

Hey,

what are the biggest changes for the 19 bracket coming with shadowlands?

that they'll be level 9

 

[Bestworld]

-Level squish (current 19 chars will be lvl 9).
-Zone & dungeon level overhaul.

Shadowlands lvl 19 will be equal to today's lvl ~35.
This means:
-Mounts in the bracket.
-More BG's.
-New BiS (dungeon loot, rares, quests etc.).
-New spells & talents.

Think that's pretty much the rough sense of it.
