I guess it could be viable since its the best for burst but it will probably only be usefull on D or if the efc is at 4+ stacks, so the efc cant kite as efective
but i still think NIghtstalker would be better

its a great talent, mobility is over rated considering a lot of fights are now stationary longggg fights
