So I have this warrior I started making back in the day, http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/aegwynn/Çâütìøñ/simple, and yes, he does have a Shadowfang with only 695 hks. Which spec, if any, are worth playing at 19 these days?

for premades, most guilds run with a prot warrior for flag carrying

get gear for both, go into game unspecced, spec accordingly <3

With your gear though, I would spec prot because you have GF stam gear.
