SF scaling at 20?

At this level a level 20s items gain 4 item levels and gets its new stats based on what it's new item level. A level 21 gains 3 item levels. A 22 2 a 23 gets 1 and 24s gets 0.
 
Yes I know, I'm saying the outlaw sabre would become ilevel 33 in battlegrounds which is comparable to that level 28 sword. Shadowfang would become ilevel 28.

While that is a fact, different items react different to scaling for example Seal of Argas gains 1 int and 1 stam while Signet of Argas only gains 1 agility.
 
i am aware of outlaw sabre being for level 21+ but i am not leveling my 20 monk for this sword.

i was wondering on the stats on SF, if its good enough i may invest in a pair.

Wowhead should srsly make a feature that shows how items scale.
 
i have a 20 warr with sf that i accidentially dinged a few months bk, i guess i can check for you.
 
17.70 dps
33-62 dmg
7 agi
Proc still does 30 dmg
Also still 2.70 as (dunno if that is important as i dunno how scaling works for 20s)
