Serpent or Magefist Gloves?

I was grinding dungeons for healing gear and suddenly Magefist Gloves drops. Couldn't decide then if i should use those or Serpent Gloves. Do you think i should use serpent gloves or is 1 int and 1 stam worth the 4 spirit for a healer?

I personally dont like spirit. I prefer a bigger manapool and spellpower.
I would take spirit if there are no other options or for a class with spirit = hit talent if necessary

But give it a try and check for yourself if you find any difference in your gameplay.

Don't count out spirit. I've got a priest stacking regen, i've got over 2k mana and plenty of health. My heals might do 15 less healing each time, but I've got double the rejen of a standard priest. I like spirit.

i have +2 spirit on my priest. Doesnt work well. When you oom, tell your team mates they are screwed and run away to a safe spot to drink.

don't exclude spirit, though - especially not with Judgement of the Pure. You can get an easy 2m/5 from Tasty Lion Steak.

Spirit should be taken into consideration. As long as you don't go oom, you're fine. But this will mostly mean you're either getting carried or you're doing a poor job healing. Priests mana usage is far more than Paladins or Rshams. Spirit is the way to go. You might sacrifice that little amount of crit, but atleast you won't run oom so fast.
