No more turtle mounts or weather beaten fishing hats for you level 1 twinks out there. They seem to have messed up garrison fishing making it almost impossible to catch these. RIP!

It seems like the http://www.wowhead.com/npc=81171 from garrison fishing are personal loot again and cannot be looted by low levels anymore, making it almost impossible to get the http://www.wowhead.com/item=33820 on your level 1 twinks. (Tried on a level 20 and wasn't able to loot.)

The only way to obtain it now is spending timewarped Badges on http://www.wowhead.com/item=35348 which has an incredibly low chance for the hat.

Dont they usually require that you can contribute? If i remember correctly you have to unlock some achievements before being able to fish them? Corret me if im wrong. If this is the case, then i'd have to use a service

In order to catch the required fish you need to have a level 3 fishing shack on that character which is horribly painful to get if you do it the first time. You could fish in raid groups back in WoD but nobody does it these days anymore so you won't find any.

No it can only be looted on a level 90+ I believe. I tried it on my level 20 monk which didn't work.
