I am planning on throwing cheap kits to people who actually intend to play 39s on Whitemane - non faction specific. We can work it out over Neutral + Disc. I want a thriving 39s scene, not just rogues in stv.

I am not just giving stuff away for pennies either. I would want to see some effort put in for Engi and easy to get prebis for 39s before i even considered giving a pair of vault legs. I am also willing to help with librams and ZG shoulder enchants(rogue/shaman variants) in later phases.

During the leveling wave i saw a stam and a few healing power ones. I grabbed a +20 healing one for 2g. I have yet to see a Agi, Monkey, or Tiger tho.
