I'd expect you to have the same scrolling speed, but scrolling in just one direction will cause some delay when you reposition your finger to continue scrolling. That is prevented if you scroll up and down.Personal preference here. I'd think one direction wouldn't be problematic if you time your scrolls reasonably well. Using just one direction frees up another scroll bind, which I prefer.

No matter how fast you click, scrolling comes always first, trust me, i've tested this
I'm sure it does, but i'm used to the click, and so far I haven't had a problem. I'd say in the dying moments of a close game or a premade it's necessary, but in pugs it certainly isn't.

For me this is how i feel in how fast it is.
But i really wanted scroll up free cuz my mouse doesnt haves buttons, and when i disengage(scroll up bind) i like to jump be4.
I really dont know atm, should i change or just let it like this.
scrolling down will beat already like 80% of this bracket.

Well this depends on your mouse to . Some mice have 2 scroll wheel settings . One that spins on a bearing and will continue scrolling for a while after you let up you finger and then your standard bumpy scroll .
if you have a free spinning wheel the one direction is fine . ( the mouse I have at work is this way and I'm totally jacking it ) .
on classes with lots of moves I find I use just scroll up ( classes with pets) . However on my rogue I use scroll up and down . Cause even with swift pot antivenom healing pot bandage thistle tea holy prot pots and dance emote I still have enough room for all my keybindz and combat macros.
