Mr. Grubbs He does flips. (I don't believe we can get 'em on f2p, it requires a high level quest chain to get the 'Hidden Stash' bags to drop. However, maybe in a group with someone who has completed the chain and has the Fiona's Lucky Charm buff, you could maybe loot the bags.)



Who are those smexy people in the chopper? Oh wait, I believe that's us tearing up Eye of the Storm in style if I do say-so myself.

I think it works like quest items, you can only see and loot them if u have the buff
