Please put the teams that signed up on the op somewhere. Also, u say one stealth, that means u cant run any druid if you run rogue or another specced druid if u have lets say a Rdruid. Doesn't that seem excessive, its a 5v5 if 2 of ur teamates are stealthed (40% of your team is not there at start of fight) your gonna be steamrolled in any sort of battle.

max 1 stealth, you can run a druid, but only 1 stealth at a time, it will be kept track by an addon.

Once again, why? its a 5v5, u wanna stealth 40% of ur team, its going to be a disadvantage. The stealth rule basically is a fail safe for teams without the ability to conceive incoming stealth attacks. Doing this is just limiting the amount of strats and interesting gameplay which is already low in 5v5s to start with.
