If you just started playing you should have your loading screen tips on, one of which says "Blizzard will never ask you for your account information." There is a stupid question, this is one of them.

you dont need to be a computer nerd to not be a moron. i would expect a wow user to be able to read and comprehend that blizzard does not ask for personal info. i would ask expect them to do some preliminary research (on google or this site) seeing if it's a scam or not before starting a new thread.

no excuse for the ignorance when blizzard says all over the place they will never ask for personal info. not to mention ive seen at least 2 of these threads before. no, at this point it's stupidity not ignorance.

depends, some people (like me) hate comprehending/reading things that are not interesting. i mean i know for some people that like to read info all over the place, some things can seem stupid but eh, if i'm not interested i'm not going to read it
