Hey man. I really like 15 twinks and the underleveled twinks and whatnot.

Here is my 15 rogue.

I would suggest fishing up some Stendel's because they scale to 6 crit.

Metalworking Gloves would be good too, (8agi 5stam)

And Blackened Defias Boots if you can get those too. (8agi 5 stam)

They are, yes, but still not very hard to obtain. I was just giving you what was absolutely BiS.

i use Buzz Saw and it scales to 15 dps 4 agility and 4 crit

I am not entirely sure, to be honest. I know if you would like to max ambush and still use a sword, you should use Cruel Barb. And I think I would run Thief's Blade offhand with that. Just me, though. I haven't seen how they scale yet.

I know Cruel Barb hits the hardest. You can tell by the top end damage it has. Generally, you can add about +5 to the bottom end and top end of a weapon at 15 to see how it would scale damage wise.

Still lose lots of agility then and just gain hit

That is why I would run Thief's Blade OH. But I would only use Cruel Barb when ambushing. Or maybe Buzzer Blade when ambushing.
