PTR Scaled Epic Procs (i.e Hand of Edward)

Doesnt work for warrior, tried all three specs including prot (figured it would mirror Vibroblade). Still has an internal level requirement that is higher. Will continue to update as I go, if you have anything in particular you want me to try comment.

As the proc won't work in the upcoming patch, the newly scaled blade will become BIS.

Guessing Destiny won't proc neither then?

Destiny does not work on the PTR. None of the currently broken procs work for 39s on the PTR to my knowledge.

Nothing procs as of PTR patch 8.2.5 . No luck with Destiny, Hand of Edward the Odd or Cloudkeeper Legplates.
