Scale Twinking (Twinks Below 19)

Post your opinion on scale twinking in the 19 bracket.
Are they underpowered or overpowered?
Is there a race/class combo that would be especially good for this type of twinking?
Who are the best scale twinks at the moment?

i play a 16 hunter. the only thing i see thats different than my 19 is my survivability

I enjoy scale twinking. The scale twinks need an armory thread.

I personally find that 16 rogues are probably the only viable "scale twinks". The reason I think this is because they are the only class which survivability is irrelevant. Stay stealthed, do your nasty deeds, re-stealth. I have a 16 rogue in my sig which I barely play.

Although I know scaling was different in Cata, when I played him it was great fun.

I find that Belfs are the ideal races for rogues to lock down their opener.

Mascot has no problem keeping up with 19s.

I see no issues with it running a 15 rogue.

If 10s get merged with 19s again in MoP any GF'ed 10 will have massive DPS with +9 item level scales from Seraph's Strike - Item - World of Warcraft Crescent Staff - Item - World of Warcraft Wingblade - Item - World of Warcraft and Talonstrike - Item - World of Warcraft.

It's in a bit of a random set, but I got on fine on my 15 rogue when eu was popping.
Between 15 and 16 its a tradeoff if you want more scaling or recup I supppose.

Personally I'll take my 17.8dps wingblade scaling any day!

Edit: Iirc, it's in some defias pieces because they scale to give max agility. The overall set atm isn't really cohesive with itself though...
