Hello fellow twinks, it has come to my attention that there has been a bug on the ptr, a mighty bug indeed. I logged onto my twink and I opened a satchel and I had increased ilvl gear with insane stats. So I, therefore, submitted this as a bug in the hopes for it to be fixed! Fear no more, the bug will be gone!
