Hello, i've decided to re-join the 20-29 bracket so i decided to make a resto shaman.

Ive been looking around trying to find BiS gear and i saw that alot of shamans had These

But on wowhead it says the req level to get the quest for them is level 36.

So are these gf'd or is it still possible to get them?
