If you're out drinking with your friends, post a picture of it online where you look stoned out of your mind, then you figure hey its probably a good idea for me to drive home at 110 miles per hour, then you've waved all rights not to be judged. He could just as easily have taken an entire innocent family with him. But this time he just got one of his friends. Wonder if you still would've shrugged it of as human error if he'd hit one of your friends or even relatives.
