Runeblade of Baron Rivendare - stacks w/ other sources of speed?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could confirm whether or not the speed buff from this sword stacks with minor speed enchants on boots. Also, does it stack with itself? i.e. would a Fury warrior move 20% faster from 2 of them equipped?

It doesn't stack with itself. But it stacks with enchant cloak - gift off XXX 2% and minor speed enchant on boots 10% so totalling to 122% passive movement speed. Oh it stacks with windwalk weapon enchant too by the way so 132% and if you are a fury warrior it stacks with enrage too giving another 10% so 142%. Doesn't stack well with the fury pvp thirst for battle talent though since it seems to cap at 115%.
