Runeblade of Baron Rivendare regen?

Ive looked at quite a few people's armory and for the runeblade it's showing different health regen rates at lvl 20 ilvl 87, anywhere from 59 to 300+. Just wondering what determines the regen rate and why it's all over the map. Anyone care to post whet they are getting on their lvl 20's and include which class/spec? trying to figure out if it's worth getting for Surv Hunter
 
For Warriors and DKs the healing scales with Intellect (and a bit with Vers I believe), meaning it doesn't scale. It's still around 10 HP/sec so it's neat but not great.
For Ret Paladins it scales with Strength instead thus making the heal much higher. Getting 50-60 HP per second is way more interesting.
For Surv Hunters it might be worth it due to the speed increase alone tbh. The tooltip shows 61 HP per 5 seconds on my 75 ilvl Surv Hunter.
Is it worth it over the 13 Agi of WF weapons? Idk especially since the 26 Vers isn't too good for Hunters.
 
I mean yeah but since sp scales with strength for pallies that's more or less the same thing to say the heal scales with strenght. I see your point and you're right tho :)

For survival hunter do you need legacy loot enabled?
