Rune of Perfection updated on PTR

It now gives 10 hit instead of 10 spell penetration.

Rune of Duty still has the same 3 health per 5 on it.

What resist? even if the enchant is still on your cloak, Im pretty sure it doesn't work anymore.

I'm not sure why your response to this thread is so bitter?

As I understand it the cloak enchant still has an effect but the spell penetration does not. Regardless, 10 hit is a hell of a lot hit. It's definitely a buff.

Wish melee got a useful Trinket... seriously, they couldn't buff that too? that trinket must be back from when people had like 300hp at this level -_- 3hp per 5s.....

resists are still in game and spell pen is still a functionable stat, the only way this isnt true is if blizzard is going to actually follow upon their claim that they are removing said stats, so maybe this patch is when they remove it from game? i hope so

removing spell pen but leaving resists in game would be just awful

PvP Power is something only on higher level PvP gear. It isn't a base stat like Resilience. Although there seems to be an enchant that you can use on lower level gear....
