F2Ps can go to the Caverns of Time now. Does this mean they can now buy Rumsey from Old Southshore? I have yet to find the entrance to Old Hillsbrad.

No. You must be level 70 to enter the instance. Just use Halaani Whiskey from the outlands oder rumsey rum from fishing in darkmoon faire pools.

The portal to Outland got also a level requirement, you only can get there with the help from a mage or if your hearthstone is in Shattrath city.

F2p's could always could always get to caverns of time, if you were the explorer type and made your way down to tanaris. And like then you couldn't enter the instance.

I'm pretty sure he took the portal to caverns of time in dalaran, and thought it wasn't accessible before. So i'm pretty sure OP already knows about dalaran
