Yeah I mean at 39 there are relatively even options with the alch flask or just battle/fort flask which is superior. At 19-29 this is the clear winner though.

They should be considered flasks so I don’t think they stack. I really really hope they don’t stack.

They just share the 3sec CD as usual with flask consumables, I just can't find anything on them counting as both elixirs. This was my worst fear if true.
