RoP not removed from BFD?

No it isn't GFd blizz moved the loot table to the new mobs so it is still there.

Everything is still there and the elites are easier, so its theoritically easier to farm stuff. I don't know if the actual droprates have been increased.

Seeing rare drops in SFK have had their drop chance increased, will it be the same for BFD rares?

I believe it is all, as I read Ulda was upped in drop rate too.
