Yo, got a couple of questions about what weapons I should be using.

I got a sinister scimitar today, does anyone know if the heirloom is still better? Was chatting to a guildie and he things the heirloom is better because of the damage.

Also, for my offhand, should I be trying to get the 34 tf dagger or axe? I was thinking dagger as I could use that in the future for all specs. Or is axe better? Thanks

Responded to the other thread with mainhand stuff. For outlaw offhand - the highest ilvl possible (so TF ilvl 34). It doesn't matter dagger or axe.

For assassination/outlaw, its a little trickier. Some of the skills may take offhand weapon damage into the account. So I'm not sure if the highest ilvl is the best damage. Theres rumors that they are only based on the mainhand damage now, but I'm not sure. Not a lot of visibility into the changes unfortunately.

Was finally able to do some testing. Use the 2.8 speed heirloom in the mainhand (assuming no sunstrider). Use the highest ilvl in your offhand.
