Dude the 30 extra energy allows for an extra ambush, how can you say no to an extra ambush at possibility of it criting for 6-7k.

Honestly I hit about the same with backstabs, 6-7k that is, its really a toss up in my opinion. Its not often I lose to other rogue teams in arenas but sometimes I certainly miss the ability to get that ambush in. I keep both sets, I was just curious to see what people do. I have seen very successful rogues using both load outs. On a 1v1 level Brutal gear is much more viable but when playing with a team the PvE set has benefits. With good dispels its pretty easy to kill a priest in the opener and on the offchance you get caught or rooted in a bad spot you have a bit more survivability and out of stealth damage. Unfortunately the people I play with don't often use skype so I like to play it safe since I can't always rely on them to be out of CCs or in LoS :<
