almost as delusional as it was to think that nethercleft was? If you sincerely think that enchants like 15 agi were intended to be used on low levels when blizz designed the game you are mistaken, They just decided for some reason that when people started doing it they would let it stay. Its up to blizzard to decide what they think is acceptable or not and as of now the weapon chain is legitimate.

So if Blizzard did not think it was acceptable, they would put a level requirement on those enchants - kind of like the level 81 level requirement on the pyrium weapon chain. <.<

You do know the difference between a level required to use the item and a level required to benefit from the item?

No they would put a lvl requirement like they did with enchants like 150 to chest or +6 stats or any other enchant with an actual requirement.

that GY camping PoS pizza has Rugged Armor Kit on his smelting pants, +40 armor and it requires lvl 40 to use and is only usable on items level 35 and above. Smelting Pants have an item level of 20 so he doesn't meet either requirements and is clearly a fucking exploiter. No wonder he has so many "honorable kills" that extra armor on his pants really helps him when he is graveyard camping
