Rogue crit %

So i've always speced 5/5 Malice as i like the crit but recently i've been tempted to try Subelty out.

im currently sitting on 23% crit and without 17%. So my question is would 17% be effective enough considering fiery procs and so on?

I don't see how you can get much more than 17% as sub, unless you switch fiery to agi on your offhand or grab skinning over mining. Then again, double fiery is probably more dps.

Unless of course you are only looking for big ambushes, in which case you should go +5 weapon damage MH/+15 agi OH.

I'm not sure about this but it may be worth it to do a max ambush and then switch to double fiery. I have zero rogue experience myself so take this with a grain of salt :)

I'm a crit lover, and I would go below 20% with my rogue. If I could I'd get a max agi gear for 30% crit. We all love crit, just not equally:). It's up to you mean, test it out. It's only some gold you're spending on the respeccing, and it's not much gold. Test it and watch the results.

Afterall it's your twink, not ours;)

I'm full sub with duel fiery and I was dueling a rogue not full sub with duel agility (It was twinkytoes lol) and I beat him 3 times (Good duels) :D

I'll always run 15 agility at least on my offhand. I'm scared to drop too far below 20% crit.

I don't really like proc weapons in my offhand. I'd rather have the stats.

Depends on ur play style:

I have 24.66% crit chance in my health set (3/5 malice and 2 shadowfangs w/ 15 agility) and 28.xx% in my agi set (Thiefs Blade OH 3/5 malice still) I have no skinning. Since as far as i remember (haven't actually used fiery enchants since 2.1) They cannot crit any ways and having a dagger isn't big crits w/ the exception of backstab and ambush you do not need the crit. When i dagger spec i use an Assassin's Blade w/ 5 weapon damage (enchant weapon superior striking) and grab the extra 30% crit chance on backstabs from Assassination talent tree but thats just me. Do whichever you feel most comfortable with and switching specs alot only costs gold after all.

PS:Sorry that was a bit much lol.

I hope you know your crit doesn't affect Fiery's chance to crit.

My rogues at about 18% crit atm and I don't seem to be losing from it :)

Oh hai there, I had totally forgot!

Burcs = me incase you happen to meet my warlock ^^

I just wanted to post an update.

I just swapped from Shadowfang - LS , Wingblade - Agil to Shadowfang/Cruel Barb both Fiery. I also hit the soft cap for hit.

The DPS boost is amazing. The procs are so constant, that you forget about crits. I honestly don't even notice the difference in R/R fights. As long as you know how to kite you should be good.

2 out of three were unfair, but that's just because I'm too lazy to level up herb on that character :p <3

Indeed they were good duels.

I thought I only used herb once, either way it was fun.
