Rivalry

So I thought i'd make a small guide on the what's and why's on 80 hunter twinking in my own style.

Because 80 Twinking is pretty much 1 shot with high gear, This will look sketchy but just trust me. :)
Going my own stats as i've near peaked damage.

Find me here: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/argent-dawn/Rivalry/simple

2. Hit Rating Cap
3. Critical Strike (Should come with gear so don't worry)
4. Haste

Glyphs best suited.

3. Explosive Trap / Animal Bond

1. Aspect of Cheetah
2. Direction
3. Revive Pet

Talents.

1. Posthaste
2. Wyvern Sting
3. Spirit Bond
4. Thrill of the Hunt
5. Blink Strikes

Stats Aim: [Basically what you should aim for in your stats]

Agility: 3000
Stamina: 3700
Mastery: 36-39%
Attack Power: 7000
Haste: 20%
Hit Rating: 14%
Critical Strike: 80%

Get to this and you'll be critting up to 60k easily. I have hit 70k on an 87 so..

Pets

You really want a disarm pet so a bird I would be handy as you really need to stop rogues getting there opener.

Possibly something that will stun or root versus Warriors and DK's as once a warrior gets his charge in, Not much chance of survival so the hell hound from nexus or eastern plaguelands, Maybe a monkey from STV and obviously any spider.

Tips and tricks vs all classes

Warrior: So warriors first move is always a charge, With glyphing the explosive trap you can knock them away to kill off their opener in the charge stun. When one is approaching you, Spamming scatter shot is a good trick because usually you can catch them mid charge, Disengage and game over.

Rogue: This is a bit like rogue v rogue, You have to just wait and sit the opener unless you get a lucky flare or stealth detection so use the track hidden spell always. Set pet to defensive and its special ability to auto attack so it will auto attack on opener. Be ready to trinket the cheap shot then disengage and flare just in between you and your old position.
Same applied with feral druid but because he will come out of stealth straight away you 'can' just twist and scatter trap then follow by a scare beast instantly if he trinkets the trap so then you get another easy cc straight off.

Retribution Paladin: Too easy because they won't get opener, Simply silence to start off.

Enhancement Shamans: Wyvern Sting for opener, Aimed shot, Chimera, Dead.

Monks: To be honest i've not played any twink monks so would be fun to try it, Although I did beat an 89. Just simply kite them.

Death Knight: Also pretty easy but if you get gripped just treat it like a warrior, Scatter trap and disengage.

Hunter: Wyvern Sting for opener. They will need to trinket that or they die. That's about it.

All spell classes you just simply silence straight off to get easy opener or if you are stunned / cc'd first, Trinket and silence. Just be sure to tranq shot shields off.

Hope I helped :)

I did think about the leather helmet but then thought, Would I lose the % from not having full mail. I still do have more upgrades like 2 more of my set which will give the 20% damage but I will have a look for this ring to see. As for health, I've played hunter since the start so surviving is only hard vs stealth but I have ways to counter it. The only problem is double rogue in arena haha cause you are taken to at least 80% in a KS

Going by the stats you currently have, 5% of your total agi is 150, You gain 200 agi from the 409 bracer and the secondary stats it gives makes it muuch better than any 277.
And on the surviving, If you play against a double dps team you're going to die pretty much instantly especially vs 84s, you'll just get 1 shot haha

84 rogues errywhere haha, Been noticing the one shot lol yh

You should get the 409 leather bracer & Str Ring (The str ring gives more damage then a 277 agility ring).
I also personally find that gemming/enchanting stamina is pretty much needed these days but that depends on how much hp you're going to have, no point in going full damage if you don't get the chance to do any though^.^

Only if you love haste. Str provides no ranged AP. That said, after reforging it's probably worth it. The gloves also fit this though.

However OP, your gems are odd and so is your choice of trinket. I'm not sure the amount of expertise you have is worth it either, since stun/CC negates the need for it entirely.

Finally, I'd re-check the grammar in the your guide. Always looks better ;)

P.S. Wasn't 2400 glad range in s8? Pretty sure a friend of mine got it that season using that comp.
