Yeah, some hunter probably did level. Pwning noobs is all thats important for hunters right, and you can't pwn noobs if its all level 19's!
 
Bone saw some level 19s in Ruin in experience BGs when he was on his 11 druid. Dunno if they leveled, but sure did get some exp.
 
I have an alliance 39 twink lock that started last night at 6xp/72k xp. Yes, 00006 XP... I played an XP game to see what the points were like. I got like 1500xp in an 0-2 loss. Why did a 350 shadow damage lock twink let the horde win 0-2? BECAUSE THEY HAD 1 TWINK HUNTER AND 3 (THREEEEEE) super twinked rogues all from the same guild. I don't know if they "just didn't know" or thats what they plan to do... gank noobs until close to level and then turn off? Who knows.
 
xD.. I wont lie.. I would love to see 19 hunters ding out =P I even contemplating paying for a lvl 10ish druid enchanted with hp just to see if I can ding anyone xD But yeah my guess is they couldnt get into 39 games so they just went to non exp ones?
