Rings with 2 sockets

At this time, it's only the Current M+ season rings that we can buff with the socket mods.
This is a great question though, & one we will revisit season to season.
It may be that an old drop is somehow ineligible for modification, & it also MIGHT be made eligible through it's instance being added to the season;
thereafter GF'ing the item once the run is removed from the rotation.
For my part, I would hold on to any & all rings that drop from content through WoD on up to present,
for the possibility that they may offer us the opportunity to add a socket to upon their introduction as a current M+ season instance.

Ah okay, how do i see the current M+ pool? Ima go farm the other two shadowlands rings with crit/haste and just keep em in my bag for the future

Nec-Wake is the only one that 20's can get into that has rings. the Fae-Forest one ( fuck it's damned name... kek ) doesn't have any rings.

F Y I : Casters ( even ones who have the output to DPS him down ) cannot solo the last boss, as he ports players that don't have aggro & who are not in Melee range.

Depends on your kit, but for the most part Yes.
Your best bet is to have a lvl 70 come in there & stomp all the trash for you between the first & last boss; & tank the boss for any toon who cannot taunt.
I have noticed a funny thing with the FIrst boss not dropping loot at all for toons who have low DPS, so make sure you can pump...
The last Boss MUST HAVE someone tanking him with aggro. Ranged will get ported every single time & then he resets.

if you find out a fix, please make a full thread about it, cause Im in the same boat and not finding much that indicates you can get shadowlands loot back to normal
 
I've never personally had this problem, as I always do the intro; but I would try talking to the big guards just by the portal drop-off.
They're the one's who alert the talking hat racks to Mortal 'The Maw-Walker' arriving in the WoW afterlife BUs Depot.
I don't know if this will fix it, but that's where I'd start. Should that do nothing, I'd look into the adventure guide for available quests,
or start talking to the hat racks by the table in Oribos
 
For others:

Tried everything mentioned here with no luck. Ideas to try next:
  • party syncing with a toon that has completed intro
  • trying to share individual quests of a new toon who is going through intro

Open to other ideas

My lock is 1 shotting bosses, I wonder if I can get the last ring?
