Ring enchant scaling

This patch, one of my rings is scaling to 3v and the other to 4v inside bg. I can't test which enchant is now 4v since I don't have gametime. Some1 test it for me pl0x ty bye

You can still surf the auction house without game time.
 
it's not accurate, hovering over the enchants doesn't show 4v for any of them (just like how none of them showed 3v previous patch)

My bad, Misread that. Thought you meant one was scaled up to 3 outside of instances pvp.
 
A way to test it is to link the enchant to a level 29 char or a level 20-29 who is in bg or arena. I know that "Accord of X" changed to 4 from 3 in bg and arena. Don't know what enchant scales to 3 tho.

If memory serves correct its 1 but scales to 2 in instanced pvp(?)

must have changed recently, I'm fairly confident that bindings used to be +1 and +2 inside because I remember being cheap and buying the other +1 enchants only to find that the bindings that gave the same value as the ones I bought but scaled up to +2 in bgs whereas the others did not

so im gonna use accord while i still have gametime, but i wanna throw the next best ones in the bank to have after time runs out that i can use without gametime, which i think is binding, just wanted to make sure i got this right.

when i look at ah on my 120
accord=60 vers
pact=30 vers
binding=9 vers

Pact of Versatility is 2nd best afaik and can be applied without a sub (just tested to confirm). It will give +2 out of bg and +3 in bg (despite the tooltip on the enchant scroll stating otherwise). You can see yourself if you try to override one of your ring enchants with Pact, it will ask if you want to replace +x with +2 vers (or +3 if you try it in a bg). I think Binding gives less.
 
accord is +1 more than binding even in the 10-19 bg .. in the 20-29, accord is still higher by +1 .. havent been in 20-29 for over a month, stayed in 10-19 during this time, unless things changed
