Damn it

Its because you put the space (that was required) at the end of your normal password.
You need to put it somewhere in the middle of the password

How big is the Rift Lite client download?

It was like pretty quick but then an hour of patching, over all it was less than 2 hours, even less than 1.5 depending on your DL speed

Im EU and rolling on US, having around 170ms, works ok enough. Depends on server though, some have higher MS

The game is about 10gb, theres no trial edition :/

I actually based my WoW free trial off of a 14-day trial account I had on RIFT. I had a blast in RIFT PvP as a constantly moving, ranged rogue, so I chose a survival hunter for the same gameplay style (without knowing Hunters were OP, I swear!). It would be interesting to try RIFT again, but all of these F2P accounts I have are simply to keep me busy until Diablo 3.

I know it doesn't really matter since transfers are free (I guess they are ) but what realm are we going on have we decided a good realm to be I know our faction is defiant.

Now this has captured my attention - Wow is the only online game I've ever played, and that only for a few months now. So why should I feel any loyalty, especially when I've been hating battlegrounds lately? Perhaps I might take a peek and see if the grass is greener on the other side.

Transfers may be free, but they don't work between continents. I'm not rolling on US while I've got a near BiS rogue on EU, and I'm not moving from Steampike, because that's where my friends play, and I'll be joining them on my main once I get it levelled. I can't mail items to F2Ps if they aren't on the same realm, but I will set up a guild for F2Ps where I am. I believe trials can take things from a guild bank, and I don't mind putting items in it.
