Aero , get aion. It will be here to stay, level 24 now and so much to do. Still amazing game, but my only gripe is too many people are playing it and I hope some of them go back to wow haha. GET IT BEOTCH!

im sofa king pissed how addicted i am to wow! and its not even that its such a great game (still pissed at how theyve broken twinking in less than a year after like 4 years of fun) but ive just always been a fan of the warcraft universe (WC2, 3, TFT) so even tho i wanna call it quits...im so tempted to buy the next xpac just to fuck around as a goblin and worgan, le sigh.

Heya grunge is 50 bucks and you get a free trial month. Then after thats up its 14.99 a month. I would highly suggest you get the collectors edition for 10 bucks more. You get 2 titles from it, a few special emotes and your level 30/40 wings which in game would cost you 1 million kinah ( id say equivilent to epic flying in wow, if you spend 10 bucks on collectors edition you get it free when your 30 instead of paying, which trust me in this game you need all the gold you can get).
Aero, i feel ya man, i got 2 80s, 2 70s, a 60, 3 fully twinked 49s. Wow was probably the best game i had ever played, but I have found what i would consider to be the next-gen mmo and its really a few notches above wow. The problem is, although there are fuck tons of people already playing aion, is that no one really wants to leave their wow characters that they have had for years to just up and start another game, which is understandable. But like with anything, eventually a better game comes along, and we all thought warhammer might have been it, which it wasnt haha :X Aion in my eyes is all I have ever wanted in an mmo. Graphicss, gameplay, community, population (sometimes too many ppl in cities/ towns :X) and difficulty. You die alot if your not careful, and it costs you valuable gold to get your exp back you lose when you die. I like that. In wotlk leveling, i might have died less than 4 times if that. If aion, im only level 24 and i think ive died about 30 times :X It is difficult game and I hope that filters out alot of the little kids too.
Im not tryin to get people to switch games, trust me I probably brought 100 people I know into playing wow. Its just somethign to check out if you want to start fresh in a new game (being a noob again blows), and are bored of the wow antics. I agree about twinking, they havent really ruined it alltogether, but I think BC twinking was about the cream of the crop. Now you have people who dont want to pay 25 bucks to xfer , and dont want to reroll, or jsut got mad and quit altogether. If you do decide to play aion ,im on the server that starts with a T, Telnaria or something, character name is Barrywhite.

Haha, well i would suppose you could since you dont get exp in pvp, but then again i havent pvpd yet, im 24, and 25 is when you can enter the abyss, a pvpve zone with all sorts of shit going on, dont know much about it yet. Still enjoying it though, its not an easy game though and professions are kind of tough too. in a few months ther will be a free trial you can play if you want to wait til then, because now all you get is a free month, but have to purchase the game.

This is the way to go for those of you with extra twinks that are not going to transfer them, or those like me (already cancelled sub, but have some time left). I leveled my warrior from 49 (62 atm) mostly through pvp and paying for instance runs. Just blow all your gold and honor on gear and chants and have fun wrecking people. At 62, I've been having a blast destroying anything that moves in AV. Nearly 10khp unbuffed at 62 is nice. It's decent experience and you level fairly quickly.

yea it is the best option. i have a 49 on ruin but apparently im never on in "prime time" b/c i havent had a wsg since the last patch, and before then it was only 2-3 a night if i was lucky (more usually like 1-2).
but i still have 5 guys back on vindication so i decided to lvl my pally (already got a high lvl warrior and druid, and couldnt break down and lvl my rogue that ive had since vanilla lol). almost lvl 55 now and its fun as hell, havent even upgraded my 49 gear yet and im still facerolling in wsg/ab/av. plus lvling is quick as hell thru BGs, blizzard literally made the game too ez. and when i was lvl 50 i was taking 7+ mobs in wpl and not dying. EZMODE ON!!! i remember when taking 2-3 was tough back in the day.
i also cancled my account but am running on my last game card (why not use it...better than wasting 30$) so in a month i'll be done, buts its been some fun 4-5 years
