Returning Twink

Hello all im a returning player to wow and want to get back into my twink he is a 39 Druid

I have not played in over 3 years so much has changed since then talents, gear, enchants among many other things what things do i need to know about changes and talents and making my twink stand out Thankyou.

Looks like you were a twink back when stamina stacking wasn't necessary. I'm guessing you were back from BC.

What about stopping me from gaining levels i heard that this causes problems joining battlegrounds? and what about reforging can i reforge my twink gear and if so does it need to be reforged to something the same level as me or can it be above?

To be able to play without gaining experience, you will have to lock your xp. This can be done by talking to either Behsten or Slahtz and costs 10g. If you do this, you will get queued up with other people who have locked their xp. You will not be able to join the normal bgs where all the levelers are. If not enough people in a certain bracket have locked their xp and are not actively queueing, your chances of getting games in that bracket are very slim (for that period). If you decide to keep your xp-on, you will be in the normal battlegrounds and will eventually level out of the bracket due to experience gains.

I suggest you turn your xp off asap unless you want to get 40. Many old twinks got their char unwillingly leveled due to reduced experience needed to level up and due to exploration xp gains.

Europe does not currently have games. Keep an eye on this forum in case 39 twinking revives again in MoP. The most active EU realm for 39 twinks is Draenor. If you want to reroll a 39 there I suggest looking up Highwav (A) or Sandbox Mode (H).

Reforging is only available if you have gear with an itemlevel of 200 or higher.
