Returning Player Questions

Haven't really played since 2016, played before that since BC. Is there anything I need to be looking for in the next few months?

I am currently Horde BH, is the bracket active/still around on BH?

I recall something about items would only be good at the highest ilvl, is this still a thing?

Have no idea what's been going on, been reading posts the past few days and am trying to pull it all together.

dont worry about ilvl bs no longer required...your pretty much geared but u can do a few more upgrades have a look at https://xpoff.com/threads/19-quick-start-gearing-guide-bfa.79275/
