Returning Feral Druid with lots of questions!

Hey all. After retiring Shattrnerds, I am back playing a druid again on KJ horde. Just dinged 70 and ran my first BG...painful atm due to my undergeared feral. My questions are:

-Are all gems and enchants scaled down? I see some armories of players still w/ 20 agi gems and such. Is that just cause they haven't logged in a while or ?
-Engineering...is it dead? I hope not since I just capped it along w/ JC. Are people applying fireworks launcher via trade window? Is tazik/springs completely dead?
-BOA's...Are they viable? I see they can take higher level enchants. Curious.
-Que times...is 20 mins like tonight normal?
-Feral...is it viable?
-How OP is healing?
-Resil...is stacking it viable 4 resto specs?
-Active horde guilds? or is ally still FOTM?

Any other major updates happen in the last year or so?

Just dinged 70 and ran my first BG...painful atm due to my undergeared feral. you should always at least pre-PVP a player prior to at least insta-pop PVP gear which is cheap and easy to do. rushing to 70 and popping into a XP - BG ill geared to earn honor is a serious mistake, no matter which of the 4-specs you may have chosen

My questions are:

out of a BG wotlk gems and enchants are reduced, i n a BG they go to full values
-Engineering...is it dead? I hope not since I just capped it along w/ JC.
most in the new crit stack craze are going Eng/JC
Are people applying fireworks launcher via trade window?
rocket launcher? no reason to exploit that
is tazik/springs completely dead?
no but there where rather nerfed
-BOA's...Are they viable? I see they can take higher level enchants. Curious. PVP trinket, Int trinket (till you find better)
-Que times...is 20 mins like tonight normal? 11-30 minutes what i tend to see, if longer...time to log out
-Feral...is it viable? no...boomkin crit or crit stam build is best
-How OP is healing? rather nerfed read patch notes, at 70 best shape healers are still priests due to bubbles, fears, etc.
-Resil...is stacking it viable 4 resto specs? no, hasn't been since you get 40% free res, any over doesn't help
-Active horde guilds? or is ally still FOTM? games go in cycles, no faction imo is dominant

Recently, Horde is absolutely wrecking Alliance. Last night we farmed them 6 BGs in a row @ GY.

Props for trying to play feral, I would play mine if clone was a level 70 talent, I played some feral when we had tree stun that was pretty op. I feel like it's pretty gimp for 2s but could be viable sustained dps for 3s. With that being said it still feels like feral uptime is the best of any melee.
