A few recommendations based on my limited paladin experience and extensive fighting paladin experience...
You probably want to equip a belt or else your pants will fall down.
Speaking of pants, I'd use Triprunner's Dungarees as your pants. Tons of stats. I think Slayer's Skullcap might be worth checking out.
Imo mail gear makes you quite tanky that you can sacrifice stamina to make yourself more explosive.
Plains Ring and Seal of Wrynn are great items, but for Seal of Crusader you wanna really pump. I suggest Thunderbrow Ring and maybe Silverlaines Family Seal (until you hit honored with WSG).
Not sure about chest pieces though.
