I personally like my rings and neck the little extra resil is golden. For weapon idk what to get :/

Get the Sha'tar exalted shield. 2 sockets > 1 socket.

Edit: and the swp neck + 110 crafted leatherworking cape.

A few suggestions, If you're ears.

.Titanium Plating on your shield will prove nicely against disarms, less time you'll need to wait to let that AS off.
.Cloak of Darkness, one slot str / stam cloak which is craftable ( Exalted Violet Eye if I recall~ ). It would be a decent addition to your PvP Power stacking.
.Bloodstone Band, one slot ring. Another addition to consider with PvP Power stack.
.Necklace of the Deep, two slot necklace. ^
