i made a little macro that helps me. its all my AoE on one button anyway, it may not be the best, as well, as, u might have alrady figured it out, or what ever, jst wanted to share.......

so basically you just spam that? I would think they should all be used situationally at least for pvp?

no, "spam" is not the right word. i have wrath on 3, AoE macro on 4, and DStrom on 5, so it is situational/something to always hit while single target is on CD i have a single target, too, just figured ppl had that one already.
