I'd only recommend it if you're a veteran. Pure f2ps shouldn't and can't really make super viable glass cannon setups.

Foamspittle is king for f2p only because of the int enchant. Which is why it would make sense if your only goal was stacking int on a shaman.

On a vet, you get offhand and spellpower enchants, making one hand/shield superior in both situations.

I fail to take the off-hand enchant into account every fucking time...
