Resto Druids as healers

I would say yes. Probably not better than a priest healer, but all the things that rdruids struggle with for Vets are fixed with a few levels.

Regrowth not healing enough, but at level 28; they get Living seed; which is an extra 50% healing done.
Healing Touch, a power single target heal that is far stronger than any other heal in the bracket.
Nature's Swiftness, can make your Healing touch an instant cast and heal for an extra 50%.
Cenarion Ward, a powerful short-burst HoT that slightly less powerful than a MW's Enveloping mist(which is super OP heal
Nature's Cure (magic dispel)
and Lifebloom, another HoT for the **** of it.

I would easily argue that a good rdruid will go far in this bracket. And with the changes to Healers in a WoD hotfix; Healers(especially Rdruids) can pump out some serious damage. The only thing rdruids don't have is CC outside of entangling roots.

Any good?

If you make a resto Druid there is two problems you will face. 1) They have 0% chance to be in premades simply because rdruid will FC and the other Druid spot will be a boomy 2) re growth heals for barly 1k it's a joke quite frankly I love rdruid but the 39 rdruid heals are pathetic. The only benefit of being a rdruid is you can be a livelord and kite around and also for ferocious bite.
