Imo, you can tank/heal anything as any specc/class nude in these low lvl dungeons.
As far as pvp healing goes tho druids can't hps as high as others, but I find druids are harder to kill in pvp because they can heal pretty well without having to hardcast. As soon as someone starts a heal cast, if I have any focus and some kind of interrupt, that is usually gg. A druid can't just sit there and out heal hunter damage like a free-casting pally, but they can use instants to keep them alive long enough to travel form escape a hunter.
