Do resto druids (for glove enchant) use 16 SP or 10 haste? I see the advantages of both...another question is Headmasters Boa, Pouch/boa mace, or Jordan staff?

I would say 16 sp > 10 haste in this case.

10 haste is superior in both through put and utility.
Use Headmaster's if you're healing, the crit and intellect give you the extra throughput you need that other weapons combo's don't give. The small loss of stamina is not worth it for a mace + pouch.
Use GSoJ if you are FCing. The resilience is superior to the stamina on other weapon combos.

yes haste and staff is prob best combo if you really wanna try to play a resto, get as much res as you can without dropping too much sp/int.

Thoughput loosely means potential healing per second in this context, but it can mean damage per second, absorb value per second or pretty much anything per second, if its used in the right context.
