+5 resist on a cloak is noticeable in 19's, pretty sure with +5 to shoulder even more especially on a 10
a for resilience stacking on a 10, imo it won't make a difference in MOP, because anything over the free 40% is nerfed it it's contribution.
WOTLK was the era for 10's with resilience stacking which was mostly as a result of one patch which doubled the effects of resilience of players below 70. my 10 priest was insane at that point.

Resistance gear should be used on different cases, like when you are a Guardruid or a tank etc you swich to fire resistance set when theres a surv hunter chasing you. FUll stam when rogue is attacking you. fROST WHEN YOU ARE AGAINST A fROST MAGE , ARCANE VS ARCAN MAGE ETC. When im on my druid , when a surv huntard chases me i use the Feral weapon , the 15 fire ressistance one... its a good idea.
