Banshee, I have a prot/holy paladin in full brutal stacked with resillence and enchanted for versatility. I know it’s not a priest but I can possibly help
I’m also making a pvp power set for my frost death knight. It’s the brutal set socketed for pvp power.

I’m not sure why you need an old priests armory? It’s easy to gain everything with the pvp resil still, and anything that they have that you don’t is more than likely unobtainable anyways.

PvP power isn’t super effective (at least on priest) I tried a shadow set with it and the damage change is very minimal

Talk about hunting for ghosts. Though Edissa on Moon Guard might still have an old resilience set. Not 100% on that, it's been way too long though, I'll inquire later.

I remember him, I also remember Prot Pala's that would tazik/shield and blanket silence for 80% on resil targets and 72 Rets with wings. I found those guys forum tears more interesting to read.
