Resi soft cap for ret palas?

Hey everyone this is my first post on this forum. I was wondering how much resi fellow rets usually roll with. I'm currently using all strength gems with 265 resilience. (I picked this because it increases my healing by a ridiculous amount along with sacred shield absorb); however I struggle in arena and duels (mainly against frost mages and sometimes rogues). Although I currently don't have tazik or synapse, how much resi would be best to go with for 2v2?
