Report exploiters or let them go?

blizzard's going to probably fix it next patch and i haven't heard a case of someone getting banned over exploits.
the only thing reporting exploiters will do is lengthen ticket times.

I report or ignore them.
90% of exploiters are dribbling retards anyway.

If they are just being idiots in a battleground I usually just ingore them and do my thing.
Only time I really report any one is if they are causing major major problems, and at that point...exploiting isnt the reason, but the icing I can use.

I didn't report other players unless they were insta-capping flags or something along those lines. Exploited gear will eventually get nerfed and usually they like to gloat about having the gear more than putting it to use. So usually exploiters didn't last long (either they got caught or thy grew tired and left the bracket/leveled out)

In my estimation, 85% of the people who use exploits are horrible horrible players. Every time I see someone in my WSG with them, I automatically think to myself..."this person is probably god awful". Most of the time I am right.
Though in cyclone at least, it isn't as prevalent as I thought it would be. Probably only one or two players each WSG at the most.

with 3.1, they're all getting set to zero, so why bother to report them? While I think exploiting is wrong, there are many people that have a different idea of what an expolit is (see the massive posts for details) and it's a personal choice at the end of the day.
I say, have fun while you can, and don't worry about policing anyone. the patch is less than 3 weeks away, and why waste your time? After all, when the patch hits, those who've dumped soo much cash into their expolits will be VERY upset. The you'll have your revenge.
