Replacing Master Hunter's Bow with Rifle

I am opening up a ticket with Blizzard GMs to see if they will replace my Bow with the Rifle because I will be faction changing to Dwarf. Do you think they will do it for me since both items have the same stats, name, and come from the same quest reward? Also I will be paying them 30$ to change factions if so.



I know other players who have had this done for them. What's my chances?

If it's been more than 3 days I doubt it.

I've had items and chants switched/refunded for up to 3 days after I've recieved them.

You probably can, during TBC I got a GM to return a pair of leather leggings to me from a quest (I vendored the leggings when I was like level 65 in Terrokar) and he did, it took ~a day, and I was in full BT gear when this happened, so the pants were from like 3-4 months earlier

I got the Duskwood axe back recently as my rogue had deleted it when i rolled him 1,5 years ago. I told the GM that i couldn't use axes then but now i can and some hours later i had the thing back.

There's already precedent for this. If a gm doesnt do it they're just being lazy, complain until you get what you want.
